We intentionally closed enrollment after reaching our first 30 founding members so we can focus on strengthening the experience from the inside. Right now, our priority is: • Gathering feedback from founding members • Refining the structure and offerings • Making sure what we’re building is truly valuable, supportive, and sustainable Rather than continuing to add new members quickly, we want to be thoughtful about how this grows. Doors will reopen on May 1st once we’ve made those improvements.

When we reopen, the Alliance Circle will reflect what we’ve learned from our founding members. You can expect: • A more refined and intentional structure • Adjustments based on real member feedback • A stronger, more established community already in motion With that, membership pricing will also be increasing. Yes - there’s a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure consistency and connection within the group. After that, you can continue monthly or upgrade to the annual plan. If you decide to cancel after your initial commitment, you can do so anytime with 30 days’ notice.

A peer consultation group is a confidential, collaborative space where licensed mental health providers come together to discuss clinical cases, ethical dilemmas, and professional challenges. Unlike supervision, consultation is non-hierarchical — everyone brings their own expertise, insight, and perspective. It’s a supportive way to gain feedback, prevent burnout, strengthen clinical judgment, and connect with other professionals who truly understand the work. Because these conversations involve client information, clinical decision-making, and ethical considerations, peer consultation groups are limited to licensed clinicians only. This helps protect confidentiality, maintain ethical standards, and ensure that discussions stay rooted in therapeutic scope of practice. As The Alliance Circle grows, I plan to introduce special interest consultation groups for those with shared roles or specialties — like group practice owners, supervisors, and clinicians who focus on couples or family work. These smaller, focused groups will allow members to dive deeper into their niche, share resources, and support one another in more specialized areas of practice.

We meet on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM MST/ 9:00 pm EST via Zoom. If there’s enough interest, we may move to weekly meetings and/or add a daytime option.

Absolutely! The Alliance Circle includes an Allied Professional membership for consultants, coaches, advocates, wellness professionals, and others who support the mental health field. Allied members receive access to The Shared Chapter (our book club), Think Tanks, and networking events. The are also listed in our public directory as a "Preferred Referral Partners" and have access to certain channels within our private community. If your work supports or intersects with mental health care — practice consulting, business systems, marketing, wellness services, advocacy, or community support — you’re more than welcome here.

Yes. Agencies may enroll up to three named clinicians at the rate of $40/month or $400/year per clinician. This pricing applies only to named individuals, is non-transferable, and does not guarantee future agency-wide rates. If wanting to enroll 4+ providers, agencies may choose from tiered membership bundles based on practice size. These options are designed to support provider connection and consultation while maintaining clear ethical boundaries.
